Our coordination and scheduling services include:
NDIS Plan Support: We assist with understanding and managing your NDIS plan, helping you make the most of your funding and support options.
Service Coordination: From booking appointments to liaising with providers, we take care of the time-consuming admin so you don’t have to.
Plan Implementation: We help schedule and align services with your goals, ensuring they’re delivered in line with your NDIS plan.
Ongoing Advocacy: We advocate on your behalf with service providers, support workers, and agencies to make sure your voice is heard and your needs are met.
Review & Planning Support: Preparing for a plan review or reassessment? We’ll help gather the right information, organise reports, and support you during the process.
Holistic Support: We also coordinate informal supports and other community services to help create a well-rounded, practical support network.
Whether you're just starting with your plan or feeling stuck with managing it all, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, clarity, and kindness.
Support Availability & Billing
We offer flexible, tailored support with a minimum booking of 1 hour.
After the first hour, support is charged in 15-minute intervals, so you only pay for the time you need.
